IP Asset Sale

Goody's Family Clothing (Goody's ) operated as a 300 store chain in the Southeastern United States.

Goody's LLC filed for bankruptcy protection on January 13, 2009 at the US Bankruptcy Court, District of Delaware (Case No. 09-10124) and subsequently liquidated its stores. The following assets are for sale, as-is, where-is, subject to Bankruptcy Court approval.

  2. Duck Head apparel trademarks, designs, images, logos, and domain name, including active footwear license with annual royalty minimums and renewal option.
  3. Mountain Lake apparel, trademarks, designs, images, logos, and style guide.
  4. Old College Inn (OCI) apparel trademarks, designs, images, logos, and style guides.
